Born in Trastevere, Rome, Chef Marco trained under Michelin-starred masters before arriving in New York in 2004. He opened Trattoria Bella to share the food of his childhood — honest, seasonal, and made entirely from scratch. Every pasta is rolled by hand. Every sauce simmers for hours. Nothing is rushed.
